PAYMENT
Credit Cards accepted Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Also, PayPal Payments.  

If purchased through the Esty Store then the transaction will take place through etsy.
Live Events take Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express processed through Square (squareup.com) 

Please make Payment within 2 days of purchase. If payment is not received within 2 days the transaction will be terminated.

SHIPPING
Most orders ship within 1-3 business day of receipt of payment (weekends & holidays may be excluded). *Special/custom orders may take longer to ship because they will not be designed and created until ordered.  Some orders ship the same day depending on how busy I am and the time of day your payment is received. It is my firm belief that once a product is paid for, it should be shipped as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 business days after shipped to receive.

Please Check out the store announcements in case I am out of town and there may be a delay.

Most items shipped using United States Postal Service.   Combine Shipping offered. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are happily accepted!
Sometimes things just don’t fit the way you like, so we have made returns easy!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please return it for a full refund. Please contact me within 3 days after receiving the item.
Your satisfaction is my top priority. If you have a problem with a transaction, just let me know and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

– Please contact me within 3 days after receiving the item.
– Must be sent back within 10 business days of receiving.
– Buyers are responsible to pay own shipping .
– All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached( if applicable)
– Upon receipt of the merchandise we will issue you a refund in the amount of the purchase minus shipping,
– Shipping/handling fees are always the customer’s responsibility unless I have made a mistake with my transaction.
– If purchased as a gift an exchange can be made to the receiver of the gift.  A refund will be made to the original person who made the initial purchase.

If purchased during a live event or given as a gift the same policies apply.

Exchanges:
if you do not see something listed on the store webpage please ask about more options. I usually have inventory that is new and/or not yet listed.
